When should i book a castle? This is entirely up to you, although you should consider booking in advance for the likes of communions, confirmations in may, may is peak season for bouncy castles so its good to have yourself covered well in advance :)

When do we deliver castles? Generally when we are busy especially in may we will be dropping castles at 7am-11am and starting collecting at 6.00pm when we are a bit quieter we can be more flexible so please get in touch with any queries here Contact Us

Don't panic, get all the children off the inflatable safely, check the plug is still inside the socket, check your trip switches are still on, check the blower is still connected to the extension lead, if all is ok visually and still not working, contact us immediately
