When should i book a castle? This is entirely up to you, although you should consider booking in advance for communions, confirmations in may, may is peak season for bouncy castles so its good to have yourself covered well in advance. If you have any special occasion an have a certain castle you want you are better to book as much in advance as possible.

When do we deliver the castles? Our delivery is the day of your party. April-September delivery is 7am-12midday collection is 6pm sharp. October-March delivery is 7am-12midday collection 5pm sharp. Sometimes in busy periods we may deliver your product early, in this we will call you to pre arrange this prior to deliver. The weather outside is extremely windy, what should i do? Unfortunately this is bad news, we always monitor weather reports and if there is wind speeds in excess of 24mph we have to cancel all bookings regardless of what occasion happens we know this is very disappointing unfortunately its out of our control an the children's safety is most important to us

The castle has deflated and blower has shut down, what should i do? Don't panic, get all the children off the inflatable safely, check the plug is still inside the socket, check your trip switches are still on, check the blower is still connected to the extension lead, all else fails check the fuse in the extension lead it may have fused. if all is ok visually and still not working, contact us immediately
