Welcome to Luke’s Bouncy Castles! 🎉

I’m Mary, the new manager of Luke’s Bouncy Castles, and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to take the business forward and give it a fresh start.

I have over 10 years of experience working with bouncy castles and children’s entertainment, and I’m passionate about providing a safe, reliable and enjoyable service for every customer. I have also completed safety training on how to correctly and securely set up bouncy castles, so you can have peace of mind knowing that safety is always one of my top priorities.

I’m aware that, under the previous ownership, some customers were unfortunately left disappointed by their experience. I understand that this may have affected people’s trust in the Luke’s Bouncy Castles name, and I completely respect that.

All I’m asking for is the opportunity to prove that things can be different. My goal is to rebuild the trust of our customers, provide a service people can rely on, and make Luke’s Bouncy Castles a business that families are happy to come back to time and time again.

Every booking matters to me, whether it’s a small birthday party, a family celebration or a larger event. I want every customer to feel confident that they’re in safe hands and that their booking is important to us.
